Kemi Nnaji is a Research Associate at Working Partner. In this role, Kemi develops and implements quantitative and qualitative approaches to evaluation projects.
Thoughtful and meticulous, she analyzes data, helps clients clarify their programs with logic models and creates and implements useful survey tools. Additionally, Kemi provides support on strategic planning engagements, helping clients use data to develop strategic goals and outcomes. Her strong data visualization skills are key to presenting findings in clear and attractive formats.
Kemi joined Working Partner in 2017. Previously, she conducted evaluations in several areas including senior centers, juvenile restorative justice programs, nutrition assistance programs and community centers. Kemi earned her bachelor’s degree in science from the University of Texas at Austin and a master’s degree in Public Health from Emory University. When not multi-tasking at Working Partner, Kemi loves keeping up with the latest Nigerian music and watching her young daughter explore the world around her.
