Working Partner is collaborating with Healthy Living Matters (HLM) to develop strategic goals for the future of the collaborative. As HLM prepares a plan to guide the work for the next 5 – 10 years, we seek the input of collaborators and colleagues like you.

We would love to get your feedback on what HLM has done well and what needs to strengthen, and what opportunities should be seized and threats be addressed in the next strategic plan.
